How many clients are you working with?
We have a few private individuals but also have been working with big companies throughout EU, US and Asia but sadly at this point, we do not have the authorization to share their names due to privacy policies.
What’s your coverage area?
Our HQ is based in Vienna, Austria but we do provide service throughout the globe. We have over 200+ engineers that are working with us to make the magic happen be it in Germany, Washington, Pakistan, Sydney or Tokyo, we have our engineers available throughout the globe.
How quickly do you respond to inquiries?
We try to answer all the inquiries as soon as possible or within 4 hours. In case a site visit is required, we kindly ask for at least one business day. However, in case it is not at all possible to take care of the problem in one business day, we will have it done on the next business day.
